About Wiggins Lakes & Preserves

Wiggins Lakes & Preserve is a community of 212 condominiums on approximately thirty-four lush acres, located on Wiggins Pass between Vanderbilt and US 41. The beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just minutes away. We benefit from the convenience of nearby shopping, golfing, boating and casual to fine dining. We share our great location with a preservation area for endangered wildlife. Our homes offer a native woodland view or that of one of our five lakes, visited frequently by egrets, herons, and other Florida birds.
